We currently only accept Email money transfer (thru Interac or any other Email Transfer means). Payments are to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Items will NOT be shipped until payment has gone through, we will send a payment confirmation email to you as soon as we receive it.
Once you have picked the products you would like to purchase and have completed the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation email along with instructions on how to send the email money transfer.

Once we receive payment, you will receive another email confirming your order and payment along with expected shipping date.
No we do not.
We ship all of our products via Canada Post mailing service.
All of our products are mailed in discrete and secure packaging.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00pm PST (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST of holidays will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
We do not retain any personal information, once orders are placed and shipped, your shipping information is erased. We use email money transfers meaning we do not collect any banking information. We only use your email to send order confirmation emails.
